Trịnh Khánh Duy
Chef Trịnh Khánh Duy, Head Chef at BÚP Sky Cuisine and The Odys Hotel since 2020, brings nearly a decade of experience from renowned restaurants and hotels across Saigon. His culinary journey began in his early twenties and took him around the world aboard Costa Cruises, where he honed his craft in Asian and Italian cuisine while blending tradition with global flavors.
Returning to Vietnam, he served as Sous Chef at The Myst Saigon before leading the kitchen at BÚP. Over the past four years, he has been the creative force behind BÚP’s Asian Fusion menu—where modern techniques meet the rich, distinctive flavors of the East.
His dedication to the craft was recognized with a Bronze Medal at the Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2017, a testament to his talent, passion, and innovation.
